“Nrityakala Thapaswi”, “Natyakala Prapoorna” Guru P. V. Bharani Shenkar is a National Guru in the field of Kuchipudi Classical Dance with the experience of 50 plus years. For his achievements in different areas of the field, as excellence in teaching methodology (with psychological counselling for different age groups), commandable knowledge in both theory and practicals, excellent choreographic works within the boundaries of the Natya Shastra, coaching the students to appear in Government and University Examinations, moulding the students into full-fledged performing artistes, etc, the state and Central Governments and also prestigious Sabhas recognised and Honoured him with many awards.
